Creative Services Manager Role

Lead the Creative Services department with a dynamic approach to team management and business readiness. This full-time position requires retail experience and strong point-of-sale knowledge. As the Creative Services Manager, you will oversee a team while ensuring sales targets are met and policies are effectively implemented. You will facilitate recruitment and training, making sure all employees are equipped to adhere to hygiene and safety standards. The role emphasizes continuous development and accountability for inventory and financial transactions. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage purchasing and inventory processes effectively
• Develop and enforce departmental policies and safety standards
• Recruit, train, and motivate the team for optimal performance
• Handle accounting for cash registers and financial controls
• Ensure sales per hour/person goals are achieved

• At least 2 years of experience in retail or service
• High school diploma or college degree required
• Proven management experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems needed
