Day‑to‑day Responsibilities

• Develop and execute testing strategies utilizing various software delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Work with Development and other internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, identify risks, and ensure defects are resolved, ensuring adherence to defined testing quality standards.
• Hybrid role – Test and project manager.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Reporting skills – status reporting, meeting facilitation, PowerPoint presentation.
• Project management background (managing QA projects) and coordinating testing.
• Experience running large programs; solid Agile experience and knowledge.
• 3–5 years experience with ALM, QTest, Jira, Confluence.
• Knowledge of automated testing.
• Solid knowledge of testing best practices and all phases of testing.
• Proficiency with HP ALM and Jira.
• Ability to build dashboards and produce reports.
• Connectivity and traceability expertise.

Additional Preferred Experience

• Interaction with many stakeholders.
• Fast‑paced, large‑scale environment experience.
• Financial or banking industry experience.
• Scrum Master certification.
• Experience managing teams, programs, and coordinating with multiple internal and external applications.
