Personal Lines Account Manager

Role Overview  

Step into a role where  you’ll manage an established book of business while having the opportunity to grow it through  new sales , and earn commission for the business you bring in. With dedicated back-end support handling portal and administrative work, you can focus on what you do best: delivering exceptional service, building strong client relationships, and driving sales success.  

Key Duties & Responsibilities  

More specifically:  

• Take charge of client accounts by reviewing risk and underwriting information to deliver the best insurance solutions  

• Prepare and process quotes, policies, renewals, and changes quickly and accurately  

• Keep coverage competitive by remarketing policies as needed  

• Drive growth by actively  identifying and pursuing  new sales opportunities  

• Ensure clients’ needs are met with  timely follow-ups and problem-solving  

• Contribute to a positive, customer-first culture where service excellence comes first  

Qualifications  

• Must be RIBO licensed.  

• Minimum 2- year s Personal Lines experience.  

• Proven  track record servicing an assigned book of business.  

• Remain current and develop  expertise in assigned markets and stay open to new market opportunities.  

• Demonstrated relationship building  expertise .  

• Must remain professional and  juggle multiple priorities.  

• Working knowledge of  PowerBroker   and EPIC  is an asset.
