- Coordonner les activités du service des ressources humaines afin de s'assurer qu'elles répondent aux objectifs de l'organisation
- Planifier, élaborer, appliquer et évaluer les politiques, les programmes et les procédures en matière de personnel et de relations de travail
- Examiner les projets de ressources humaines pour s'assurer de leur conformité avec les lois et les règlements
- Renseigner les cadres et les employés sur l'interprétation des politiques relatives aux ressources humaines, des régimes d'avantages sociaux et des conventions collectives
- Planifier, élaborer et mettre en oeuvre des stratégies de recrutement
- Administrer les régimes d'avantages sociaux, les programmes d'équité en matière d'emploi, et autres programmes de ressources humaines
- Gérer des contrats
- Coordonner le programme d'évaluation du rendement de l'employé
- Surveiller l'analyse de données et de renseignements touchant les employés
- Surveiller la préparation de rapports
- Embaucher, former et superviser le personnel
- Superviser l'administration de la paye
- Proposer des améliorations aux méthodes, aux systèmes et aux procédures
- Établir et mettre en oeuvre des politiques et des procédures relatives à l'exécution des travaux d'ingénierie
