Senior Product Manager for Fraud Strategies

Take the lead on fraud product strategies at a distinguished bank in downtown Toronto. This Senior Product Manager role demands expertise in financial services, particularly in payments and fraud. Insight Global is actively seeking a Senior Product Manager with over 7 years of specialized product management experience in banking. Your responsibilities will include driving fraud product innovation, identifying existing capability gaps, and curating solutions to tackle emerging fraud trends. This position plays a critical role during a transitional phase, orchestrating a cohesive approach across multiple teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the fraud product roadmap focusing on payments/money movement
- Identify and address gaps in fraud capabilities and propose solutions
- Keep up with evolving fraud trends and integrate innovative tools
- Manage initiatives related to account takeover and payment fraud
- Collaborate with internal fraud teams and vendors for integrations
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management in the banking industry
- Expertise in fraud types, payments, and money movement
- Successful experience with agile project teams
- Proficient in balancing technology with business needs
- Experience with fraud tools and vendor services is beneficial
