- Develop contract templates for products
- Provide general legal support across business units
- 2+ years of legal experience in commercial law
- Called to the bar in Canada
- Strong negotiation skills with customer agreements
- Experience managing legal risks and compliance
- Ability to standardize and maintain legal documentation
