• Manage end-to-end payroll for assigned pay groups.
• Conduct pre and post payroll audits and reviews.
• Ensure accuracy in tax reconciliation post-payroll.
• Administer stock options and manage perks updates.
• Drive year-end processes including T4 and RL-1 preparation.

• 5+ years of Canadian payroll experience.
• PCP Certification required; in-progress preferred.
• Proficiency in Workday payroll and ADP SmartCompliance.
• Solid Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in managing year-end processes independently.
