Become a Data Specialist in Technical Sales with EECOL and play a critical role in client interactions. This position offers Monday to Friday hours for work-life balance. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for supporting the sales process by providing technical knowledge and product demonstrations. Your role includes collaborating with sales teams to drive sales of specialized products while ensuring excellent customer service. - Convince clients of the benefits of technical offerings
- Supply technical assistance for specified product categories
- Collect and analyze customer data for tailored solutions
- Serve as a primary technical support line for sales teams
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance technical knowledge
- High School Diploma; Bachelor's recommended
- 1+ years in the electrical industry is preferred
- Over 3 years of relevant sales experience
- Proficient in computer usage
- Strong communication skills are essential
