What You Will Be Doing

• Support the Store Manager in managing day‑to‑day operations, coaching, and developing team members to positively impact growth and create best‑in‑class customer experiences
• Enhance the retail experience by providing best‑in‑class service and value‑added solutions to customers, promoting Rogers & Fido brands including Rogers Mastercard sales
• Achieve sales goals within a dynamic and supportive team environment
• Represent Rogers and Fido brands in-store and at local community events to support local small businesses

Qualifications

• Ability to build rapport and coach team members to create best‑in‑class customer experiences and meet business sales targets through clear and effective verbal communication
• Strong commitment to delivering best‑in‑class customer experiences
• Experience with retail operations, including scheduling, merchandising execution, inventory management, compliance standards, and adapting to dynamic environments
• Availability of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays to meet customer demand and maintain strong performance results during peak times
• Previous employment verification may be required depending on the role
