Lead Dental Administrator

Job Responsibility:

West Airdrie Dental Is looking for An Excellent Communicator, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage our patients.

The Dental administrator position is the front face of our clinic and the successful candidate should have the following qualifications

• 3 years minimum Experience as a dental administrator
• Ability to engage patients with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A working background in Dental Assisting is an asset
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in optimization of scheduling patient appointments
• Processing insurance claims
• Sending and following up on pre-determination requests
• Experience in A/R is an asset
• Ability to multitask in fast pace environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Airdrie, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
