Saturday Receptionist

Davis Chevrolet in Airdrie is seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to join our team as a Saturday Receptionist! This is an entry-level position where you will work each Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, making this the perfect opportunity to earn extra income as a secondary job or while going to school. The successful candidate can expect to earn $19.00 per hour.

What You’ll Do

• Perform general Reception duties such as answering phones and assisting customers in a friendly, courteous and prompt manner
• Greet customers as they walk through the doors, directing them to the right person or department
• Perform various administrative duties for the Sales and Service departments such as filing, data entry, etc.
• Assist the dealership with other duties as required

What You Bring

• Previous experience in a customer service setting
• Positive, up-beat attitude to ensure customer interactions are professional and friendly
• Ability to work well within a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in the use of computers with comfortability in answering phones in a professional manner
• Valid driver’s license
