Job Responsibility:
Job Title: Dental Accounts Receivable Specialist
One Month Term Contract ( with potential for extension)
We are seeking an experienced Dental Accounts Receivable Specialist who can deliver strong results for a one -month term contract. The possibility of extending the contract beyond the initial term is open for negotiation based on performance.
Responsibilities :
Manage and process accounts receivable for the dental practice
Ensure accurate and timely billing and collections.
Reconcile patient accounts and handle billing inquiries.
Maintain detailed records of all transactions and communications.
Work closely with the manager to support overall financial operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in dental accounts receivable or a similar role.
Strong understanding of dental billing processes and insurance claims
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Computer knowledge especially Cleardent (willing to train right candidate)
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
