Job Responsibility:
Authentic Lebanese dining experience, offering traditional flavors with a modern touch. We are looking for a passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen, bring creativity to our menu, and ensure top-quality dishes for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence
- Design and execute an innovative and authentic Lebanese menu
- Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a strong team environment
- Ensure proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage food costs effectively
- Work closely with restaurant management to enhance operations and guest satisfaction
- Develop creative plating and presentation techniques to elevate the dining experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a chef, with a strong background in Lebanese cuisine
- Food Handling Certificate (must be up to date)
- Prior kitchen management experience (staff supervision, scheduling, and inventory control)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Creative approach to recipe development and food presentation
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain kitchen efficiency
