About A1 Big Star Motors
A1 Big Star Motors is an automotive logistics and international vehicle shipping company based in London, Ontario. Our team coordinates vehicle purchases, transportation, loading, and overseas shipping by working with customer service teams, towing and loading companies, auto auctions, and major shipping lines such as Maersk.
About the Role
We are looking for a candidate who is committed and willing to grow with our company for the long term. We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Deputy Office Manager to support daily operations, lead staff, and ensure smooth coordination across all departments and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily office operations
- Train, support, and supervise staff members
- Manage shipping bookings and logistics activities
- Maintain records using Google Drive and other digital tools
- Handle email communications and administrative tasks
- Improve office procedures and operational efficiency
- Ensure smooth operations in the absence of management
Qualifications
- Degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding required
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proficient in Google Drive, email, and office tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

A self-motivated, responsible individual who can quickly learn operations, take ownership of tasks, and independently manage office and logistics coordination after training.
