Our catalog team are responsible for receiving, organizing and accurately accounting for the wide variety of items that come through our warehouse everyday. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, the Catalog Manager provides oversight and organization to help ensure our customers and catalogers all have a great experience.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOMPLISHING IN THE ROLE

· Overseeing day-to-day operations in the catalog team

· Establishing and embodying departmental standards including a readiness and willingness to jump in and help the team

· Tracking absenteeism and performance issues; proving coaching and correction where necessary

· Ensuring all catalogers are informed of and adhering to health and safety standards and procedures

· Making recommendations for the improvement of policies and procedures on the backend as necessary

· Making recommendations for the improvement of cataloger safety

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

· Minimum of 2 years experience in a warehouse management or team lead role.

· Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to work in a respectful manner with a diverse community of staff, vendors, customers and others.

· Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to direct a team with competing priorities.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

· Ability to work well under pressure and handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.

· Ability and willingness to employ a consultative and collaborative approach to addressing issues and making decisions.

· Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Demonstrated ability to learn and adjust to new computer software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42,000.00-$44,000.00 per year
