Lead branch operations in Mirabel, QC as a Branch Manager. Drive productivity and customer satisfaction while managing a dedicated team of 15 for financial success. In this pivotal Branch Manager position at our Mirabel location, you will oversee all aspects of branch operations. Your responsibilities include managing warehouse tasks and inventory oversight while fostering a culture of accountability within your team. Strong bilingual communication skills in French and English are vital for client interactions and team leadership. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and develop branch staff to enhance performance
• Oversee daily distribution and warehousing operations
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment
• Track performance metrics and manage budgets efficiently
• Strengthen relationships with customers and stakeholders Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in operations or branch management
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive results
• Strong analytical and financial acumen required
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is preferred
• Bilingual in French and English required Excel in branch management and lead your team toward operational excellence in Mirabel.
