Strategic Client Solutions Manager Role

Drive exceptional client service as a Strategic Client Solutions Manager in Toronto. Focus on operational leadership and retention management within a full-time office role. - Execute performance evaluations and quality assessments
- 5+ years of experience in a Call Centre environment
- Proven leadership in managing skilled teams
- Strong analytical background for data interpretation
- Excellent communication skills for client engagement
- Ability to resolve complex client issues directly
