Enhance business processes as an ERP Systems Analyst specialized in Sage X3. This role involves optimizing ERP applications to improve enterprise performance in a collaborative setting.
In the role, you will work under the direction of the Manager of ERP Systems, engaging with cross-functional teams to implement effective ERP solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics. Your contribution will drive the enhancement of operational efficiency and system functionality in an agile work setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and configure Sage X3 ERP modules for optimal performance
- Analyze business needs to create scalable solutions
- Identify and troubleshoot ERP issues, proposing long-term fixes
- Work with internal and external partners for seamless integrations
- Engage in SDLC for ongoing ERP enhancement projects
Requirements
- 5–10 years in ERP systems analysis and support
- Proven experience with Sage X3 ERP
- Familiarity with ITIL and COBIT operational frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
