Director of HR: A-Player Focus at AML
AML Oceanographic Ltd.
Transform HR at AML by leading recruitment and performance management efforts aimed at building a culture of excellence. This role suits an HR leader eager to impact a rapidly growing company.
As AML's new Director of HR, you will shape a high-standard HR framework to support a team of over 70 across several locations. Your responsibilities include driving A-player recruitment, running performance reviews, and ensuring effective onboarding processes. You will play a key role in AML's strategy as it expands through acquisitions and integrates diverse teams into a unified culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive recruitment funnel from sourcing to onboarding
• Execute company-wide performance review system
• Support managers in adopting ABC methodology
• Update and manage HR policies across jurisdictions
• Facilitate integration during acquisitions with HR plans
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years in HR leadership roles
• Experience in multi-jurisdictional HR compliance
• Strong record in performance assessment systems
• Business-first approach with HR expertise
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
