Customer Success Manager at Salesforce

Drive customer value as a Customer Success Manager at Salesforce. This role focuses on enhancing customer relationships and optimizing their use of the MuleSoft platform. As an Individual Contributor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting high-value customers who invest in the Signature Success Plan. Your expertise will guide them in achieving significant returns on investment while ensuring smooth adoption and integration of MuleSoft’s tools with their business goals. With a strong emphasis on proactive problem-solving, you’ll collaborate with senior executives and identify new use cases to enhance customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as single point of accountability for customer success
- Drive platform adoption and optimization for clients
- Build strategic relationships with senior executives
- Identify new integration opportunities for expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- 5+ years in Customer Success or SaaS environments
- Proven success managing large enterprise accounts
- Strong technical knowledge of APIs and integration
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Track record of driving incremental contract value
