In this permanent, full-time position, you will manage Fund Accounting operations within the PERES department, ensuring both quality and efficiency. Your proven experience in fund accounting, combined with leadership skills, will empower you to mentor staff and optimize workflows, directly impacting client satisfaction and team success. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to various challenges. Key Responsibilities:
- Define team objectives and operational priorities
- Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
- Provide mentoring and coaching for team members
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in processes
- 3-5 years in Fund Accounting, especially in Private Equity
- Strong mentoring and people management experience
- Proficiency in consolidation and accounting software
- Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail
- Leadership and organizational capabilities
