Director of Fund Accounting at National Bank

Drive excellence in fund accounting operations at National Bank as a Director focused on ETFs and specialized operations. Lead a team, manage NAV production, and enhance service delivery. As the Director within Fund Accounting, you will oversee a team of approximately 10 professionals, ensuring quality and efficiency in NAV production. Your leadership will guide daily operations inclusive of ETFs and complex fund structures while fostering a culture of engagement and development in your team. Collaborate with internal and external partners to maintain operational consistency and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team focused on NAV production and ETF operations
- Oversee daily NAV processes ensuring quality and efficiency
- Analyze operational issues and implement solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams for operational robustness
- Participate in onboarding and launching new ETF products
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience
- Proven team management skills
- Strong knowledge of investment funds and ETFs
- Analytical mindset for structured problem-solving
