Remote People Ops Generalist: AI-Driven HR & Payroll
Jerry
Jerry.ai is a fast‑growing, remote‑first company building an AI‑powered advisor to manage assets. This role leads HR operations, handles complex compliance, payroll, and benefits questions, and shapes AI‑driven HR processes.
You’ll own policy updates and audits from day one in a hands‑on, in‑house capacity. You’ve got 2+ years as an HR generalist with in‑house experience, plus appetite to write policies and drive forward the AI‑enabled HR function.
