People & Culture Coordinator - HR, Payroll & Benefits
Steel Technologies
Steel Technologies in Ottawa is seeking an Human Resources Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for plant teammates and to implement HR policies and procedures across payroll, benefits, recruitment, wellness, and safety.
You will support the Corporate HR Department in day-to-day operations, including payroll processing for hourly staff, onboarding, attendance, and maintaining HR records, with a focus on confidentiality and teamwork.
