As the Commercial Accounts Representative, you will be a key participant in the roll-out of critical projects and strategic initiatives to support revenue growth. Ensure sales vehicles meet account specifications. Customer-Focused . Provide prompt, courteous service and resolve customer issues in a friendly manner. Participate as an active member of the National Accounts team and act as the initial point of contact for internal and external clients to support the business needs. Act as an initial point of contact for daily operations for internal and external clients relating to inspection, audit, and other AutoVIN services rendered and utilize innovative thinking to provide solutions. Collaborate with operational teams to solve problems and deliver best in class service. Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service and communication (audits, inspections, or related information) to both internal and external customers. Be familiar with procedures for handling all aspects of customer complaints or disputes. Set a good personal example of attitude and performance. 2 to 3 years in a Commercial Account Representative role or equivalent.

• Experience in managing client relationships on a logistical role.
• Automotive and Remarketing knowledge, is a plus.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace and Salesforce CRM, is a plus
