Sales Representative - Eco Friendly Construction

We specialize in resurfacing residential and commercial driveways, patios, pool decks, playgrounds, and splash pads. Our product is made of recycled rubber and we install projects throughout British Columbia. \- Comfortably working with clients <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

\- Accurately providing estimates <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

\- Participating in weekend trade shows <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

\- Closing generated leads <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

\- Generating outside sales <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

\- Initiating new sales strategies to target a wider audiences <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

\- Exceeding sales targets <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

\- Accurately tracking all records of calls\/estimates\/sales <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

\- Tracking sales analytics (weekly\/monthly)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

\- Efficiently using our CRM system <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

\- Attending weekly meetings & providing valuable input <\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements <\/h3>

\- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal <\/span><\/span><\/span>

\- Previous proven sales results <\/span><\/span><\/span>

\- Previous experience with CRM systems <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

\- Displays initiative and efficiency with all tasks at hand <\/span><\/span><\/span>

\- Hard\-working and reliable <\/span><\/span><\/span>

\- Pays strong attention to detailed quoting <\/span><\/span><\/span>

\- Able to multi\-task and follow up with clients consistently <\/span><\/span><\/span>

\- Displays great listening skills <\/span><\/span><\/span>

\- A drivers licence with a clean record <\/span><\/span><\/span>

\- Adaptable to various weather when working outside <\/span><\/span><\/span>

\- Ability and flexibility to work long hours and weekends <\/span><\/span><\/span>

\- Experience in sales in the service industry <\/span><\/span><\/span>
