Director of International Estate Operations

Lead operational success with a renowned principal as the Director of International Estate Operations. Oversee residential assets, develop high-performing teams, and ensure seamless property management across locations. We are seeking an experienced operations leader to manage an international residential portfolio. This role demands five or more years in luxury hospitality or private residential management. You will directly oversee teams, ensure performance, and integrate AI tools into management processes while maintaining operational systems without disruption. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage high-performing teams across multiple properties
- Ensure property operations run smoothly and without surprises
- Standardize operational systems for seamless property onboarding
- Renegotiate vendor contracts to meet cost-discipline targets
- Maintain accountability for budgets and overall vendor management
- 5+ years in luxury hospitality or residential management
- Proven ability to lead teams of 10+ members
- Experience managing multi-property operations
- Strong vendor management skills and budget discipline
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
