Director of Logistics at SPI Health

Take charge of a national network as the Director of Logistics with SPI Health and Safety. Drive operational excellence and enhance customer experience through strategic leadership and state-of-the-art logistics techniques. We're seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our distribution centers. This role demands a strong operational vision, experience in logistics, and the ability to inspire regional managers. Your focus on safety, efficiency, and performance will ensure our logistics operations meet high standards and align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive operational vision across distribution centers
- Optimize receiving, warehousing, order picking, and shipping
- Lead and develop regional managers with effective leadership
- Create safe, collaborative work environments for all staff
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Degree in operations management or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years managing distribution centers
- Proven leadership skills with change management experience
- Solid knowledge of logistics systems and automation technologies
- Fully bilingual in French and English
