Inventory Management Purchaser Role

Become a key player in Fresh Prep's inventory management as a Purchaser in Saint-Laurent, QC. This hybrid role focuses on executing efficient procurement practices to support meal kit delivery. Fresh Prep is looking for an Inventory Management Purchaser with 1–3 years of relevant experience. In this role, you will ensure production facilities have the necessary products by creating purchase orders and collaborating with suppliers to resolve issues. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage data accurately will be crucial for maintaining quality standards and meeting production timelines. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and track purchase orders for production
• Communicate and resolve inventory issues with stakeholders
• Analyze risk factors related to supply availability
• Support product lifecycle management for various ingredients
• Maintain systems data for accuracy and compliance

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in purchasing or inventory management
• Proven attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
• Fluent in both French and English
• Independent worker with a team-oriented mindset
