Your role involves collaborating with multiple teams, enabling you to improve tenant experiences while adhering to regulatory requirements within a high-volume portfolio environment. Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders
Process and verify rent payments and lease agreements
Draft legal notices in compliance with tenancy laws
Coordinate all resident move-in and move-out processes
Assist residents with online portal functionalities

Requirements:

High school diploma; a degree is advantageous
2 years of leasing and administration experience
Familiarity with Yardi Voyager necessary
Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
Strong communication and organizational capabilities
