Vice President of Product Strategy

Lead the transformation of product offerings at Auto Electric Service Ltd. as the Vice President of Product Strategy in Regina, Saskatchewan. Oversee product assortment, inventory strategies, and data-driven pricing to drive growth. As a key executive, you will be accountable for managing AES's product assortment, inventory strategies, and technology analytics. This role requires strong leadership in product management, purchasing, and commercial analytics while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Your mission will be to enhance product availability, optimize inventory productivity, and elevate purchasing processes, contributing significantly to AES's growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise-wide inventory strategy for Distribution Centre
- Identify assortment gaps and rationalize underperforming SKUs
- Drive pricing strategy based on data analytics
- Strengthen vendor relationships and improve supplier accountability
- Develop and implement a disciplined new product process
- 8+ years of leadership experience in product or category management
- Proven track record in inventory management and profitability
- Strong experience in pricing strategies and supplier negotiations
- Familiarity with ERP and analytics platforms
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field; MBA preferred
