- Drive occupancy through effective sales techniques
- Establish and nurture relationships with local vendors
- Guide potential residents through the sales journey
- Host and organize events promoting our residences
- Provide insights through market and competitor analysis
- Minimum of two years in direct sales roles
- Proven success in customer-focused sales methodologies
- Strong experience with CRM tools and business software
- Ability to travel locally as needed
- Flexibility for evening and weekend hours
