Citi Java AI Development Lead

Drive application programming excellence at Citi as the Java AI Development Lead. This senior role focuses on enhancing systems that manage trading risks using cutting-edge AI technologies. As part of the Quattro Development and XVA Technology teams, your responsibility includes direct oversight of application systems analysis and programming. You will engage with various management teams to identify necessary system enhancements while mentoring junior developers. Collaborate to ensure projects are completed successfully, with a focus on compliance and industry standards relevant to market and counterparty credit risks. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve complex business processes
- Provide expertise in application design architecture
- Develop implementation standards for coding and debugging
- Coach mid-level developers on best practices
- Conduct risk assessments during project decisions
- 6+ years in application development or analysis
- Business understanding of CVA and XVA
- Proficient in Java, MongoDB, Python, Kafka
- Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift platforms
- Demonstrated project management and leadership skills
