AI Platform Lead Developer Role

- Establish technical direction for multi-tier AI platforms
- Collaborate on translating product vision into technical frameworks
- Facilitate architecture and design reviews to maintain quality
- Conduct thorough mentorship for mid and senior engineers
- Oversee integration architecture with internal and external systems
- 8+ years in software engineering or related roles
- Experience in leading complex production systems
- Strong backend skills in Java/Spring Boot or Python/FastAPI
- Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks like React
- Experience with AI/LLM systems in a production setting
