This role on the Customer Experience Platform (CEP) team requires a blend of operational expertise and hands-on experience with enterprise clients. You'll partner with business teams to design Salesforce solutions that align with customer journey strategies. The Senior Platform Developer is pivotal, leading discovery and planning activities while interfacing with internal stakeholders for successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
- Architect automation workflows using Journey Builder and Automation Studio
- Integrate Salesforce with APIs and middleware
- Write SQL queries for data targeting and segmentation
- Troubleshoot automations and ensure data flows
- 5+ years in digital marketing operations
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Understanding of email marketing best practices
- Excellent project management and client-facing skills
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications preferred
