- Lead technical direction and initiatives across teams
- Define and author Architecture Decision Records
- Own large functional areas with technical responsibility
- Improve processes and elevate engineering standards
- Participate in release management for production systems
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or engineering
- 10-15+ years in large scale distributed systems
- Proven influence in matrixed environments
- Strong knowledge of Microservices and event-driven architecture
- Excellent problem-solving and mentoring abilities
