The Stable House Bistro is looking for a passionate and driven Assistant General Manager to join our team. We are an award-winning, neighborhood-focused wine bar and bistro, committed to warm hospitality, quality food and beverage, and a strong team culture.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.
About the Role:
As Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, support the team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience at all times. You will play a key role in maintaining service standards, developing staff, and driving overall performance.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality
Strong leadership and communication skills
Hands-on, service-driven mindset
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Passion for food, wine, and hospitality
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
WSET II accreditation a strong asset.
