Your New Role

The Junior Property Manager will manage a commercial portfolio of approximately 2 million square feet across Metro Vancouver, including office, retail, and industrial properties. You will support the portfolio’s day-to-day operations, administration, and overall performance while helping ensure a seamless tenant experience. This role also involves working closely with the leasing and accounting teams and serving as a key point of contact for tenants, vendors, contractors, and on-site property teams.

What you’ll need to succeed

• BCFSA Rental License, or working toward completion, is considered an asset. 
• 4+ years of experience as a Property Administrator, Junior Property Manager, or Assistant Property Manager supporting commercial properties.
• Experience using Yardi is an asset. 
• Knowledge of the Commercial Tenancy Act.
• A valid BC driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
