Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and play a pivotal role in growing our construction management recruitment services. You’ll receive a competitive base salary plus commission, giving you stability and the ability to significantly increase your earnings through successful placements. You’ll have access to valuable resources, including our candidate database, office space, Recruiter license, and other tools to ensure your success. With over 50 clients in Western Canada, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with hiring managers at companies we already have established agreements with.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand project requirements and build trust-based relationships.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for construction management roles, including Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, Project Coordinators, Safety Professionals, and other technical positions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: candidate engagement, interview prep, negotiation, and placement.
• Actively build and maintain a network of professionals through various channels, leveraging Torus Talent’s database and Recruiter license.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Recruitment Experience: 2+ years in recruitment or account management within construction, engineering, or technical industries.
• Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills: Ability to build relationships, communicate clearly, and negotiate confidently.
• Self-Motivated and Results-Driven: Thrive in a performance-driven environment and motivated by earning potential.
• Adaptable and Resourceful: Able to work independently, adapt to changing needs, and proactively find solutions.
