Drive success and build strong teams as a District Sales Manager at Reitmans in Ottawa. Oversee 15 stores, focusing on customer experience and team development. In this pivotal role, you will report to the Director of Sales and Operations, leading a network of store managers dedicated to exceeding performance targets. With a focus on both profitability and inclusivity, your leadership will shape the future of customer interactions across the district. Harness your expertise to recruit talent, guide teams, and implement effective merchandising strategies for market success. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct effective store visits to enhance performance
Develop competitive merchandising approaches
Hire, train, and mentor store management teams
Set operational expectations and assess team performance
Ensure adherence to company policies

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years in Multi-Unit Management
Post-secondary education is an asset
Strong coaching and recruiting skills
Willingness to travel for store visits
Results-driven with a passion for retail excellence
