Senior Estimator At Pomerleau Construction Quebec (Quebec City)

Join Pomerleau Construction as a Senior Estimator in the Building Operations team, leveraging your expertise in construction project estimation. Drive project growth on high-value building initiatives ranging from $1.5 million to $1 billion. As a Senior Estimator with over 8 years of experience, you will evaluate materials, lead project bids, and collaborate with various stakeholders.
You will ensure successful project completion and help maintain solid relationships with clients and trade partners to fulfill project goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quantitative evaluations for labor and materials
- Prepare detailed summaries of project quantities
- Identify and validate project-specific pricing
- Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners
- Review supplier and subcontractor amounts for accuracy
Requirements
- University degree or diploma in project estimation
- 8+ years in ICI construction estimating
- Solid knowledge of excavation and formwork
- Proven mentoring experience for junior staff
- Familiarity with estimation software
