Chaussures Rubino est à la recherche d’un(e) gestionnaire marketing principal(e) stratégique, collaboratif·ve et orienté·e vers l’exécution pour diriger des initiatives marketing intégrées et localisées, visant à stimuler la croissance de la marque à travers les canaux numériques et en magasin au Québec.
Relevant de l’équipe marketing de Designer Brands au Canada, ce rôle adapte les stratégies nationales aux réalités du marché québécois et collabore étroitement avec les équipes de marchandisage, de création, de planification et des canaux. Le succès dans ce rôle repose sur de solides compétences bilingues et une expertise généraliste en marketing couvrant le commerce de détail, le commerce électronique et les médias numériques.

Responsabilités Plan marketing et exécution des campagnes : Diriger le développement, l’adaptation et l’exécution des plans marketing et des campagnes à travers les canaux numériques et en magasin
Marketing produit : Collaborer avec l’équipe de marchandisage afin d’aligner les priorités produits et le storytelling à l’échelle saisonnière et des campagnes
Planification et création de contenu : Diriger la planification des besoins en contenu, le brief créatif et la livraison des actifs de campagne et de canaux en français et en anglais, en collaboration avec l’équipe créative
Gestion des canaux : Diriger la planification, l’alignement et l’exécution des canaux numériques et en magasin, en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes et externes. Les canaux prioritaires incluent le marketing de performance/médias, les médias sociaux organiques, le courriel, le site web et les magasins
Gestion des parties prenantes et collaboration : Gérer les agences partenaires externes pour le développement de contenu et la gestion des canaux numériques. Collaborer avec les équipes internes (Marketing, Opérations, Marchandisage) afin d’assurer une exécution cohérente
Marketing coopératif (CO-OP) : Diriger la gestion des programmes marketing financés par les fournisseurs à travers les canaux numériques et en magasin
Axes du rôle Diriger des campagnes marketing intégrées et localisées qui stimulent la croissance de la bannière de détail à travers les canaux numériques et en magasin au Québec
Assurer que l’exécution marketing est culturellement pertinente et qu’elle résonne auprès des consommateurs québécois
Adapter les stratégies marketing nationales aux comportements des consommateurs et aux réalités des canaux propres au marché québécois
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes transversales, incluant le marchandisage, la planification, la création et les responsables des canaux
Agir à titre de généraliste en marketing, avec une expertise couvrant le commerce de détail, le commerce électronique et les médias numériques
Mettre à profit une forte capacité bilingue (français et anglais) afin d’assurer une localisation efficace et de qualité
S’appuyer sur une connaissance approfondie du marché québécois pour orienter la planification des campagnes, le contenu et la stratégie de canaux
Exigences et qualifications Expérience dans le commerce de détail basé au Québec (mode/biens de consommation), les biens de consommation courante (CPG) ou en agence marketing, avec une solide compréhension du comportement des consommateurs québécois ainsi que du cadre légal et médiatique
Baccalauréat en marketing, en administration des affaires, en communications ou dans un domaine connexe
5 à 7 ans et plus d’expérience en marketing, incluant l’exécution de campagnes intégrées à travers divers canaux (numérique, médias sociaux, courriel, commerce électronique, commerce de détail)
Expérience en gestion d’équipe et en collaboration avec des équipes transversales et des partenaires externes
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit. Capacité démontrée à localiser efficacement le contenu pour les audiences québécoises. Excellentes compétences en rédaction et en révision
Expérience en gestion et exécution de canaux numériques (site web, courriel, marketing de performance/médias, médias sociaux organiques) et en marketing en magasin
Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et en gestion de projets, avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs campagnes, échéanciers et parties prenantes simultanément
Solides compétences en communication et en collaboration, permettant de faire le lien entre les équipes marketing nationales et locales
Échelle salariale 100 000 $ à 120 000 $
Horaire Poste à temps plein - en présentiel
40 heures par semaine, du lundi au vendredi, de 9 h à 17 h

Job Overview (English) Ready for a new professional challenge? Rubino Shoes is looking for a strategic, hands-on, and collaborative Senior Marketing Manager to lead localized, integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand growth across digital and in-store channels in Quebec.
As part of the Designer Brands Marketing team in Canada, this role is responsible for adapting national marketing strategies to meet Quebec’s unique consumer and channel needs. This role works very closely with cross functional partners including merchandising, planning, creative, and the channel owners. Success in the role requires strong bilingual capabilities, deep local market understanding, and broad “marketing generalist” expertise spanning retail, eCommerce, and digital media.

Responsibilities (English) Marketing Plan & Campaign Execution: Lead the development, adaptation, and execution of marketing and campaign plans across digital and in-store channels
Product Marketing: Liaise with merchandising, aligning on product priorities and storytelling at a seasonal and campaign level
Content Planning & Creation: Lead content requirements planning, briefing, and delivery of French and English campaign and channel content assets in collaboration with the creative team
Channel Management: Lead channel planning, alignment, and execution across digital and stores, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Channel priorities include performance marketing/media, organic social, email, site, and stores
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Manage external partner agencies for content development and digital channel management. Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Operations, and Merchandising to ensure cohesive execution
CO-OP Marketing: Lead vendor-funded marketing program management across digital and in-store channels
Role Focus Lead localized, integrated marketing campaigns that drive retail banner brand growth across digital and in-store channels in Quebec
Ensure marketing execution is culturally relevant and resonates with Quebec consumers
Adapt national marketing strategies to meet Quebec’s unique consumer behaviors and channel requirements
Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, planning, creative, and channel owners
Operate as a marketing generalist with expertise across retail, eCommerce, and digital media
Leverage strong bilingual capabilities (French and English) to support effective localization and execution
Apply a deep understanding of the Quebec market to inform campaign planning, content, and channel strategy
Qualifications (English) Background in Quebec based Retail (Fashion/Consumer Goods), Consumer Goods (CPG), Marketing Agencies. Strong understanding of Quebec's consumer behavior, legal, and media landscape
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
5–7+ years of marketing experience, including integrated campaign execution across channels (digital, social, email, e-commerce, retail)
Experience leading a team and working with cross-functional teams and external partners
Fluency in English and French (written + spoken). Strong ability to localize content for Quebec audiences is essential. Strong writing and proofreading skills
Channel management and executional experience including digital (site, e-mail, performance marketing/media, organic social) and store marketing
Organizational and project management skills – ability to juggle multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders
Strong communication and collaboration skills, bridging national and local marketing teams
Schedule (Eng) Full time position – on site
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9AM-5PM
