Job Responsibility:
Key Responsibilities
· Financial Leadership & Strategy
· Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals.
· Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory, accounting, and reporting requirements.
· Provide timely and accurate financial reports to the CEO and Board.
· Cash Flow & Risk Management
· Monitor cash flow, collections, and lending activities to maintain liquidity.
· Manage capital structure and relationships with investors and lenders.
· Evaluate financial and credit risk, ensuring compliance with responsible lending standards.
· Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
· Analyze customer behavior, loan performance, and portfolio risk using internal and external data sources.
· Build dashboards and reporting tools to support decision-making across departments.
· Identify opportunities for operational improvement and product optimization using data insights.
· Leadership & Collaboration
· Lead and develop the finance and analytics teams.
· Work cross-functionally with Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Tech teams to support company objectives.
· Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to overall business strategy.
Qualifications
· · 7-10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in fintech, lending, or consumer finance.
· Strong understanding of payday loans, subprime lending, or related financial products.
· Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Python).
· Track record of driving financial growth, improving margins, and using data to inform strategy.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $83,237.07-$226,066.69 per year
