Requirements:
• 5–10 years in affinity insurance or group benefits
• Strong commercial insight and relationship management capabilities
• Experience with budgets, growth initiatives, or P&L
• Preferable knowledge in group benefits and digital insurance
• Familiarity with life and health insurance environments
