Engineering Project Manager At Thermon Winnipeg

Lead cutting‑edge engineering projects with Thermon as an Engineering Project Manager. In this role, you'll oversee all aspects of engineering and construction project management for Thermon's regional operations. Candidates should possess robust skills in project planning, cost control, and cross-functional collaboration. A Bachelor of Science in Engineering and at least 7 years in industrial project environments are preferred, particularly in oil and gas or chemical sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Review construction estimates and contractual agreements
- Develop schedules for progress billings and invoicing
- Supervise installation and monitor job progress
- Manage project cost controls and budget reports
- Ensure a protected working environment for all personnel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required
- 7+ years in manufacturing operations experience
- Experience in industrial construction project management
- Knowledge of relevant electrical codes and standards
- Willingness to travel 30% domestically
