Senior HFE Engineer for Integrated Projects (Winnipeg)

Join as a Senior HFE Engineer to manage the PNR Integrated HFEPP across diverse engineering phases. Utilize your expertise in Human Factors Engineering to ensure optimal project execution. This role focuses on overseeing EPC vendor management, ensuring adherence to Human Factors guidelines from design to commissioning. Your tasks include reviewing vendor HFE deliverables and supporting the acceptance of designs related to Human-Machine Interfaces. You’ll manage significant project bundles like Deep Water Intake and Balance of Plant, while also addressing complex refurbishment issues. Key Responsibilities Manage vendor performance on HFE deliverables Review and approve HFE design specifications Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations Oversee installation and commissioning activities Identify and resolve HFE issues during projects Requirements HFE qualifications as outlined in N-INS– CANDU specific HFE design experience Nuclear Power Plant design principles knowledge Technical documentation skills Commitment to safety and regulatory interfaces Control engineering quality and ensure effective HFE practices in this critical role.
