Branch Operations and Client Services Manager

• Act as main point for Financial Advisors and support personnel
• Supervise staff and resolve workplace concerns
• Liaise with corporate departments for compliance updates
• Support account management and regulatory processes
• Plan branch events and manage marketing strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in investment brokerage or financial services
• Relevant diploma or degree required
• Bilingual in French and English a must
• Proven people management experience
• High-level skills in Microsoft Office software
