We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager Guest Experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service.

Duties:

- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations- Communicate effectively with staff and customers- Implement and maintain organizational standards- Manage and motivate team members- Drive sales and meet targets- Assist in recruiting and training new employees- Handle administrative tasks efficiently- Utilize math skills for inventory and financial tasks- Supervise staff to ensure quality service- Conduct interviews for potential hires
