Remote Senior Account Manager at Foundation

Take charge of client relationships with Foundation as a Remote Senior Account Manager. You'll manage enterprise accounts, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding client experiences. Join our 100% remote digital content marketing team at Foundation, where we empower B2B SaaS and enterprise clients through strategy and storytelling. As a Senior Account Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of high-priority clients, guarantee timely deliverables, and foster proactive communication. Your ability to anticipate client needs and keep teams accountable will be crucial to your success. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts
- Lead client meetings and share project updates
- Coordinate internal teams to meet deadlines
- Track deadlines, budgets, and client KPIs
- Identify upsell opportunities where appropriate
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS client structures
- Proven experience in leading client calls
- Solid knowledge of project management tools
- Clear communication skills, live and async
- Availability for Eastern or Atlantic time zone hours
