Experience recruiting within the life science industry is welcomed but not mandatory
About The Role:
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team in a full-cycle recruitment capacity.
The Recruitment Specialist will:
- Utilize multiple sourcing, screening, and qualification strategies to attract and retain candidates for various projects across the portfolio of clients.
- Meet with hiring managers to define the requirements for vacant positions.
- Contact and network to develop key relationships with life sciences industry professionals to source candidates for career opportunities.
- Develop close relationships with all appropriate Attaineo technical and sourcing team members.

- Professional and outgoing individual with a result-driven mindset
- Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Experience recruiting in specialized and highly competitive markets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to clearly communicate with a variety of professionals.
- Knowledge of best recruitment practices and/or market trends
- Entrepreneurial mindset, hardworking, intuitive, and proactive, combined with the nimbleness and a “can do” attitude
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience (agency or corporate)
- Experience with strategically sourcing candidates using progressive methods (i.e., RPS, Indeed, job boards, universities/colleges, ATS, etc.)
- Expertise in scientific/life sciences or other technical roles is considered an asset.
